Shy'Iona and Romello met through a mutual friend in 2018. They grew a liking for each other however, they decided to part ways due to Romello still being in the military. Once Romello fulfilled his contract in 2019, the two were able to rekindle the flame. On April 19th, 2019 they decided to give their friendship a title. Fast forward 2 years later baby Gabriella entered the picture in March of 2021. For 5 years the two have traveled in and out of the country, around the U.S. all while raising a toddler. They have grown and matured and began having the marriage talk. On the 5th year anniversary Romello decided to pop the question on a romantic dinner cruise. Finally, it is time for them to jump the broom and make the ultimate commitment surrounded by the ones they love the most.
